Question 2

How much does Chatconverse cost?

Accepted Answer

Chatconverse uses a pay-per-unit model at €20/month per unit. Each user seat, channel connection, and AI agent counts as one unit. For example, 3 agents + 2 channels + 1 AI agent = 6 units × €20 = €120/month. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

Question 3

Can multiple agents share one WhatsApp inbox in Chatconverse?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chatconverse connects to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, which allows multiple team members to receive, assign, and reply to WhatsApp conversations from a shared inbox — unlike the standard WhatsApp Business app, which is limited to a single device.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chatconverse includes AI agents that draft replies based on a configurable knowledge base. There is a public-facing AI agent for automatic customer responses and an internal AI agent that helps support agents compose replies faster.
